Payment must be made by credit card when registering online. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Group registrations can be paid via invoice however will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.

Cancellation Policy

Delegates who are unable to attend the conference after paying for their registration are welcome to nominate a substitute. Any cancellation must be emailed to the Women in Sport Congress (WISC) team attention WISC Events Manager at femaleperformancehealth@ausport.gov.au

  • 100% Refund on registration fees for cancellations made before 31 January 2026
  • No refunds will be made on or after cancellations made after 1 February 2026

If an individual is unable to attend for any reason, including COVID 19 the standard Cancellation Policy applies
Substitute delegates are welcome and encouraged to attends as a replacement, The replacement’s details must be provided to the WISC events team a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the Conference.

  • The ASC, its board, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses whatsoever arising out of or referable to the Conference.

Conference Photography

The 2026 Women in Sport Congress will be photographed and recorded. Images and recording as kept by the ASC and may be used for promotional websites, publications. Social media and other digital platforms. If a delegate does not want to appear in promotion material, please advise one of the WISC events team prior to the start of the conference.

Media

Media may be present at the 2026 WISC conference, therefore delegates should be aware they may appear in third party vision.
